Meet Bryan Walker, the CEO of Cascade Vans, whose extensive background in building spans over two decades. With a diverse skill set encompassing home renovations, HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical work, and solar installations, Bryan is a seasoned professional. His wealth of experience and meticulous craftsmanship ensure that each van conversion meets the highest standards of functionality and durability. As the visionary behind the builds, Bryan's leadership drives Cascade Van's commitment to excellence and innovation in the world of van conversions. In his free time, he indulges in adrenaline-driven activities such as snowboarding and mountain biking, further fueling his passion for adventure and exploration.

Alexa stands as the driving force behind Cascade Van, seamlessly blending her design prowess with branding finesse to craft one-of-a-kind conversions. Hailing from an advertising background, her acute attention to detail ensures that each project emerges as a standout in its own right. Yet, her influence transcends the workshop, as her deep-seated love for the outdoors propels our dedication to adventure. In her leisure moments, you'll find her trail running, mountain biking, or summiting peaks, accompanied by her faithful labs. Together, they epitomize the essence of Cascade Van, infusing every creation with Alexa's boundless vision and unwavering passion.

Meet John Howden, the heart of our production team at Cascade Van. As our Production Manager, John's vibrant energy and tireless work ethic set the tone for excellence within our workshop. With a passion for crafting exceptional van conversions, he leads by example, inspiring our team to reach new heights of creativity and precision. John’s our lead 12V technician and in many ways is the electrical guru here in our shop! Outside of work John enjoys hitting the trails on his dirt bike, carving through fresh powder on his skis, or simply enjoying quality time with his family, his zest for life is contagious. At Cascade Van, we're proud to have John leading the charge, driving us forward with both his positivity and creativity.

We're thrilled to welcome Addison to the Cascade Van team! With an extensive background in 12v systems and hands-on experience working on adventure rigs, including EarthCruiser’s Unimog-style off-grid overlanding builds, Addison brings a wealth of knowledge and skill to our shop.

When Addison isn’t crafting incredible van conversions, you’ll find him outdoors — skiing down slopes, conquering hiking trails, or sharpening his lacrosse skills. His adventurous spirit and team-player attitude make him an incredible addition to the Cascade Van family.

Meet Jared, a certified mechanic from the East Coast with a passion for outdoor adventure rigs. Specializing in suspension upgrades, off-road lighting, roof racks, side ladders, and tire carriers, he brings a wealth of knowledge to every project. Jared’s expertise ensures your vehicle is ready to take on any trail. Outside the shop, you’ll find him exploring the great outdoors with his husky, Lana, soaking up all that Bend has to offer. Whether on the job or on the trail, Jared’s love for adventure and his deep mechanical know-how make him an invaluable asset to our team.

Mike plays a vital role in transforming Cascade Van’s interior designs into reality. As our CNC programming specialist, he ensures every cut, curve, and detail is executed with precision—turning concepts into the cabinetry and components that make our vans both functional and beautiful. His technical expertise and eye for detail help bridge the gap between design and craftsmanship, making him an essential part of the Cascade Van team.

When Mike isn’t programming or overseeing production in the shop, you’ll find him outdoors with his pup, soaking up everything Mother Nature has to offer. From trails to open spaces, Mike brings the same passion for adventure to his personal life that he pours into his work

Meet Kassidy Fiacco, our lead CNC and van technician at Cascade Van, whose infectious positivity and tireless drive ensure that our products always surpass expectations. Beyond the workshop, Kassidy is a thrill-seeker, spending his free time snowboarding, rollerblading, and immersing himself in the great outdoors. His passion for adventure extends to his own truck buildout, where he refines his living space with meticulous detail. With Kassidy's expertise and enthusiasm, Cascade Van continues to set the standard for excellence in van conversions.

Meet Bennett! Bennett brings an unstoppable work ethic and eagerness to learn to our team. A true van enthusiast, he’s built several from scratch in his spare time and isn’t afraid to tackle any challenge that comes his way. Outside of work, you’ll find him skiing, mountain biking, or soaking up the great outdoors. Currently studying at OSU to become a Firefighter/EMT, Bennett’s drive and passion inspire us all. We’re thrilled to have him as part of the crew!

Meet Griffin! When he’s not out catching waves and traveling the world you can catch him hand crafting each van that comes through our shop. Griffin is the jack of all trades here at Cascade Van and there’s nothing he can’t tackle! From bolt on exterior components to the final touches Griffin ensures each van is built to our standards. We’re stoked to have Griffin on our team and love his enthusiasm to chase life to the fullest whether its a wave or fresh tracks on the mountain!

Meet Hagen and Harper, the dynamic duo of our shop! Hagen, affectionately known as Cowboy, is the epitome of loyalty and coziness. He's rarely seen without his beloved blanket "Samantha," which he carries with him everywhere like a true companion. With a wagging tail and a heart full of love, Hagen spreads joy to everyone he meets.

Harper, on the other hand, is the mischievous explorer, earning her nickname "Pig" due to her penchant for sampling anything and everything in sight. Despite her curious nature, she's as lovable as they come, always ready for an adventure or a cuddle. When they're not charming customers at the shop, Hagen and Harper are busy living the van life with their humans. Traveling in their campervan, they explore new places, sniffing out exciting scents and making memories along the way. With Hagen's blanket and Harper's curious spirit, there's never a dull moment with this dynamic duo!
